In the last fifteen years, Andrew has successfully designed and launched three commercially available service management solutions, and worked with over 100 clients.
Prior to forming Medulla, Andrew spent 10 years developing software solutions, culminating in the presentation of the IBM Beacon Award for Best Global Industry Solution in 2005. Before that, Andrew spent 8 years in industry, specialising in supply chain I.T. leadership for organisations such as Hawker Chloride, BTR PLC, Graham Engineering and Wace Group.
He is a regular speaker at industry events in Europe and the USA. Andrew is a BSc. (Hons) Business Information Technology graduate and is a member of a number of leading industry associations and societies.
